I was introduced to Macrobiotics in 1991 by someone who was a masterful Macrobiotic practitioner. I am looking to meet other good and grounded people.

How did you find out about Macrobiotic?
I learned about Macrobiotics from John Cage, in 1991, who taught me some of the fundamental elements of the diet. His wisdom is still with me today.
