- Why did you start macrobiotics?

I would not say that i am fully "macrobiotics" but i would love to became! But living this very conscious lifestyle because my heart and my entire body feels it was the best way to be in harmony with myself, mother earth, and the universe!
- How long have you been macrobiotic?

Grew up in a very health conscious family, and for the past years i started to become more and more conscious... So i started to take more steps toward a better nutritional lifestyle!
