This dinner is going to be a big exciting one! Check us out on the April 16th "Wellness Wednesday" on OC16. Kathy (co-chef) and I (Leslie) will be sharing information about what macrobiotics is and the benefits of enjoying a macrobiotic diet.

Fresh Pea and Cabbage Soup with a blend of Sea Vegetables
Quinoa, Corn, and Red Onions Marinated in Umeboshi Vinegar
Garbanzo Beans with Carrots and Squash
Fresh Greens with a Mustard Shoyu Dressing
Lavender Shortbread Cookies will be served with Berry Sorbet and Kukicha (twig) Tea for and additional $3.50
