Our main purpose is to eat and socialize! We get together to share a whole foods vegan macrobiotic meal in the company of other like-minded people as well as those who are curious and would like to try something new. If you want to make friends, eat really delicious WHOLE FOODS (unprocessed) vegan meals with some of the world's healthiest foods, then this meal is for you. The meals are prepared using macrobiotic principles with local, seasonal, and organic ingredients whenever possible. Ingredients center on grains, beans and bean products, land and sea vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds, and unrefined sweeteners.
